Designed to the standard 55×55 mm size, the switch fits seamlessly into common frames such as Gira System 55 and Merten M, making integration into multi-gang setups simple. For guaranteed alignment in multi-gang installations, the Aqara Switch Frame H2 EU is available separately.

Seamless Connection for Smart Shutters

This switch supports both Thread and Zigbee protocols, offering flexibility for various smart home setups. Thread enables integration with Matter ecosystems when paired with a compatible Thread-enabled Matter Controller, while Zigbee mode provides access to exclusive Aqara features and seamless operation with Aqara Zigbee hubs. It’s future-proof with Matter support yet remains compatible with classic Zigbee systems.
