Configurable Power Failure State
After a power failure, the module can be set to return to a specific state (for example ON or OF) or it can be set to return to its previous state (so if it was OFF then it stays OFF, if it was ON, it turns ON). Useful for appliances such as fridges and freezers where you'd want them to turn on automatically, or for irrigation controls where you'd want them to stay off.
